Yes. We source from GOTS-certified mills with full transaction certificates and chain-of-custody documentation for organic cotton bedsheet export programs.
Standard MOQ is 500–1,000 sets per design for custom programs. Stock/plain white programs may start from 200 sets. Full container loads receive preferential FOB pricing.
Yes. We support private-label programs including custom sizing, woven labels, packaging design, care labels, and barcode registration per destination market requirements.
We export to the USA, Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Japan, and Canada. Additional destinations supported based on import requirements.
We supply percale (200–400 TC), sateen (300–800 TC), flannel (140–180 GSM), jersey knit, and yarn-dyed options. Custom specifications developed from buyer tech packs.
Yes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificates are available for finished bedsheet lots. Class I (baby-safe) and Class II (skin contact) certifications supported.
Twin, full/double, queen, king, super king, and custom hospitality sizes. Deep-pocket fitted sheets (up to 45 cm) available for US and EU mattress standards.

Stock/plain programs: 3–4 weeks. Custom dyed/printed programs: 6–10 weeks after lab dip and strike-off approval. Rush orders discussed case by case.
Yes. Third-party PSI (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) can be arranged for GSM, dimensions, color fastness, packaging, and carton marking verification before dispatch.
Percale uses a one-over-one plain weave for a crisp, matte, breathable feel. Sateen uses a four-over-one weave for a smoother, lustrous, drapier hand-feel. Both are popular export grades from India.
Yes. We source commercial hospitality linen with reinforced seams, industrial-wash color fastness, and institutional sizing for hotel, hospital, and institutional buyers.
Yes. Reactive printing, yarn-dye stripes, and solid reactive dyeing are available. Lab dips and strike-offs are coordinated before bulk production.
Standard terms are 30% advance and 70% against BL copy. LC at sight and DP terms available for established buyers. Sample orders are prepaid.
