This diya is a standing brass oil lamp. A four-armed dancing Ganesha stands on a small circular platform above a turned-brass stem flanked by two S-curve hamsa brackets. The stem rises from a shallow circular bowl with one pointed wick lip. Three decorative feet steady the piece on a table.
An antique gold finish darkens the carved recesses and brightens the raised metal. It is a tabletop lamp, not a wall hanging.
