About per piece
Product description
This hanging is a wall-mounted brass oil lamp. A Ganesha elephant-head with a tall engraved crown and flared ears sits above a ribbed trunk that meets a three-wick deepak tray. Three small brass bells hang from rings under the bowls.
An antique gold finish darkens the carved recesses and brightens the raised metal. A hook on the reverse hangs the piece on an indoor wall. The bells ring when the hanging is moved.
Use vegetable oil and cotton wicks indoors, on a heat-safe wall, and never leave a flame unattended. It can also hang unlit. It is a decorative indoor wall lamp, not a temple murti, toy, or food-contact object.
Handmade production means slight variation in carving and antique highlighting from piece to piece. That variation is expected.
Sourced in India and offered by Altus Exports as a finished retail piece. Suitable as a housewarming or festival gift, a craft accent for an entry wall, or a small cultural object for hospitality.

The craft
The Story Behind Moradabad Brass
Moradabad, in Uttar Pradesh, India, is the country’s best-known brass-artware cluster. Generations of artisans cast, carve, engrave, and antique brass for lamps, wall hangings, figurines, and giftware sold worldwide. Compact Ganesha deepaks for the gift market sit in that same metal tradition.
This hanging sits in that vocabulary: a Ganesha head, a three-wick oil tray, hanging bells, and a compact export scale suited to international retail, pooja gifting, and hospitality walls.

What Buyers Say
How commercial buyers describe the handmade sample piece.
“The Ganesha head, three-wick tray, and hanging bells read immediately as a pooja wall object, not a souvenir stall. Twenty-four centimetres is easy to merchandise on a gift wall.”
— Importer, USA
“Customers pick it up for the crown and trunk, then stay for the bells. It sits well next to our peacock diyas without duplicating a tabletop lamp.”
— Home Décor Retailer, UK
“Clear Moradabad craft story without overclaiming. We placed it as the wall-hanging counterpart to the standing brass lamps.”
— Museum Shop Buyer, France
“Right scale for an entry niche. The bells are a nice touch, and the packing arrived intact.”
— Hotels & Resorts Buyer, UAE
“Useful as a single accent — antique brass, working bells, a three-wick bowl. Slight carving variation is exactly what you want in handmade metalware.”
— Interior Designer, Australia
